Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, please contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including personal care products, beauty items, and food-related products.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
